Das ist ja mal eine wohltuende Abwechslung: Timothy Gaines spielt auf seinem Album Breakfast@Timothy's gradlinigen Rock mit einem Hauch Country. Kein wildes "Geslappe", keine technischen Kapriolen und Spielereien, dafür zwölf eher ruhigere Nummern, bei denen der E-Bass die Melodien und das Fundament liefert. Wir reden hier von normalen Rocksongs, die aber genau durch die Instrumentierung mit E-Bass als Melodieinstrument speziell wirken.
